INGREDIENTS:
- Half a bottle Fish Fumet 1000ML
- 4 Pcs Soaked sea cucumber
- A little White Wine
- A little Scallion
- 3 - 4 PCS Ginger slices

DIRECTIONS:
- Add olive oil to wok and heat over medium heat
- Add ginger slices and sauté
- Add soaked sea cucumber
- Add a little white wine
- Add half a bottle (about 500ML) fish fumet
- Cook slowly for about 30-45 minutes (depending on the size of the sea cucumber)
- Waiting for the fish fumet to be braised into the sea cucumber
- Add a little scallion to decorate
